My name is Rish. I'm based in London, and I built Rasa because I kept seeing the same thing - Indian travellers arriving in one of the world's greatest cities and spending half their trip managing logistics, chasing reservations, or dealing with advice that had nothing to do with how they actually wanted to travel.
I know London well. And I know Indian travellers well - the expectations, the preferences, the things that go unsaid. That combination is the whole point of Rasa. You shouldn't have to explain yourself to a concierge desk or repeat your dietary requirements three times. You should just arrive, and have everything be right.
I believe your time is your most precious asset. When you're someone who works hard - whether that's building a business, running a family, or doing both - the moments you step away from it all are rare. A trip shouldn't be spent fixing, chasing, or coordinating. It should be spent fully present, properly rested, and genuinely renewed. Because when you return to real life, you should feel so restored that everything works better.
I also believe there is a whole new level of travel that the Indian market deserves but hasn't yet had fully delivered to it - a standard where your time is worth more than the small worries, where luxury isn't just about where you stay but about never having to think. A new way of travelling, where everything is handled so quietly and so completely that you barely notice it's being done at all.
